* Balance Due Billing and opening the first 12 months (in business development).
* For the sales counter signed by the company relating to the last fiscal year, or the period when the company does not have its first fiscal year closed.
* Receipt for delivery of Declaration of Income Tax exempted undertaking to submit to balance the federal tax, or statement of exemption, as appropriate.
* Authorization for consultation with the central systems and restrictive credit risks of SISBACEN as Annex.
* Scriptures of Real Estate, Certificates of Registration of Vehicle – CRV’s.

For buildings that may be linked to funding, will be required to submit the following documents:

* Scripture properly registered office of the Register of Buildings;
* Certificate of Full Content; Negative certificate of charge (current);
* Certificate fortnight;
* Certificate of discharge of tax rates
* Municipal contributions.

In all documents annexed certified copy or original lead together.

Individual

* Portfolio of Identity and Passport.
* If foreign, ballot Identity of Alien (CIE), issued by the Federal Police (validity check).
* Title of voter and proof of the vote last election.
* If married, the marriage certificate.
* Proof of residence (water, sewer, gas, electricity or telephone, maturing in more than 60 days before the date of its delivery to the bank; rental agreement in force on behalf of registering with any of the accounts, showing that address specified in the contract, invoice or statement of credit card, adequately paid, for the month that is handed to the bank.
* Proof of income of the last salary and can not be there 30 days later.
* Statement of Income Tax (Revenue Service).
* Scriptures of the property.
* Certificates of Registration of Vehicle – CRV’s.
* Authorization for consulting SISBACEN duly signed and dated.
* Proof of payment of the price Cadastral.

For buildings that may be linked to funding, will be required to submit the following documents:

* Scripture properly registered office of the Register of Buildings;
* Negative Certificate of charge (current); half of Full Content Certificate (current);
* Certificate of discharge of tax rates
* Municipal contributions.

In all documents annexed certified copy or original lead together.

6) The bank calls the customer’s certificate of negative rates, even when the company is in deployment?
