The level of education required at all levels of Spanish society, is the origin of being the last in the queue to overcome the crisis.

Reaches the systemic crisis and low skilled jobs disappear and with them the part of business organizations hitherto necessary to sustain them. Unemployment arises at all levels of businesses from delivery drivers to logistics managers. Exponentially growing number of unemployed and this implies the polarization of the segments that make up the consumer economy. The rich become more conservative in spending than ever and the poor can buy just enough to survive. Trade is reduced and also affects the jobs of retail distribution and deeply damaging to those expendable products. The economy is falling and the state collects less than they need for their budgets. All of complications and also the conditions of this crisis is to compare the previous economic model and implement solutions to overcome them. The question arises: What we have implemented in our country that has not led to this situation of unemployment?

The underlying answer is the question itself has not had the level of education required at all levels of Spanish society! Who denies this fact is still part of the problem and we must apply a corrective urgent to understand they have to react, for the good of all even at the expense of individual sacrifices that almost always affect have to lose privileges. The motivation to exercise training is complex because there are many actors involved in its development. Everyone has the will to achieve the best results related to the workers acquire the skills necessary to improve work activities in quality, technology and consequently gain competitiveness. But assembling the required actions and find ways to use them. Trade unions and employers’ organizations have today in its management intelligence by direct access to workers to enable the continued formation of a new disruptive to overcome the range of other years and also have tighter budgets than ever. More than luck takes a lot of intelligence and social vision.

The culture of learning and continuing education when living in a welfare state is difficult to promote the value of effort as the company is performed live and even without exerting themselves with facility jobs that require a lot of learning and time to specialize. In Spain, the economics of housing construction and the national infrastructure has taken a decade to millions of employees not required to have skills in industrial areas. The other two engines of the economy in Spain as tourism and automotive both if you have made to the appropriate manpower to assist them. But the former has erupted from immigration personnel who have held jobs for less skilled accepting minimum wages and displacing many young people who aspire to more national salaries and the second the automotive industry automation posts work and modern equipment for machining and assembly labor have required increasingly specialized, small operations banishing the need for trades personnel. This has confused the economics of vocational education that can develop complex and innovative works are highly competitive value that will raise the level of the industrial economy.

Only proper education based on ethics based on virtue and morality focused on the best currently requires that society can make individuals in positions of responsibility can make constructive decisions to the appellants to improve, gaining that value that can bring a new future. Those responsible for the welfare of future generations have not bothered to do what is necessary to change to make it as easy for his “I, here and now.” They have forgotten the daily exercise to improve her education and training to acquire the skills and abilities that the transformation of the global society requires a tsunami or invade the market and diverted to their countries to create business opportunities, business and commerce . No need to invent anything that other countries, the twenty-first century, and run as normal.

The actors who make up the value chain of professional education are those who must work to order the new variables that are required for the lesson learned once again return to a welfare state supported by the jobs that companies have made opportunities to produce.

The work will be to motivate players to continue training and support with the top half of the draft decisive importance for Spain to climb to its rightful position among all countries of the world: professional continuing education. Must be the new paradigm in all areas of society that affects the economy, such as businesses, organizations and public administration. Also in political society is to enter a new education that meets their players to ethics and governance concept based budgets to approach “zero base”, which gave such good results in the 80 to improve the margin in business .

New Business Models

Filed under: Business,Economy,Finance,General,New Business Models,Personal — admin @ 7:22 pm

The crisis is also an opportunity in two directions. To clean up the negociones little or no cost and entrepreneurial energy that apply to new opportunities arising with new demands in the global market. And the second develop current business innovation to counter the competitive pressure from emerging countries and that will wipe out the potential customers from the countries that are out of the crisis such as Germany. Make the exercise of analyzing what businesses we support and what future awaits them. It is the social responsibility of those who now run them. If the answer is in that direction and we are in a perverse sense, they will become obsolete before we can realize. In this case, to intervene and bring closure in an orderly fashion. In this process must involve employees who has talent and can not get lost in the organization exhausted. You have to project to the new business entrepreneur who has wood is always a potential new entrepreneurs. The talented people are the engine to start new develop yourselves. The principal asset of a company are the people, nothing can be done without them. New business models based to fear success in talented personnel, ie knowledge, commitment and ability to implement action plans as defined Pilar Jericho before endemic crisis and for my part, I venture to add that in addition must have the habit of continuing vocational training.

The key determinant for success in a new business is based on having the skills required for management.

No one should rely on experience, intuition and knowledge gained during the period of the welfare state, today will be sufficient for the planning, creation and development of a new business unit. Everything has changed and even prestigious business schools, have their teachers with the wrong foot to provide this type of training and only have to observe the educational programs have recently been updated to the new requirements.

A new training program for the creation of a new business among many other things must be based on the following points of analysis.

1. Understand the error of the crisis and avoid further action in

2. An activity not to raise anyone’s mind to get help

3. Analyze the strengths of the business off in emerging

4. Analyze the opportunities in these countries are developing

5. Mimic the austerity measures in the business organizations of euro area countries are overcoming the crisis.

6. Projecting the points 3, 4 and 5 to 2025 and view consequences

7. Create an atlas of new business sectors and to deepen the entings can be more specific for our case.

8. Presenting the territory to settle. To study the logistical center of gravity determining customers. Do not be reluctant to relocate from a neighborhood, city or state. Even the expatriate is now the business logistics base in globalization.

9. Do not rely on a closed business plan. Unexpected events should be expected and have exercised the organizational muscle to bear economic and waist to overcome them. (Start small)

10. The tradition of always going to be only a tenth of the entrepreneurial approach: How to select your client, your definition and differentiates its product offerings, How to create value for its clients, How to get and keep customers, how goes on sale (advertising and distribution strategy), I define the tasks to be carried out, how to configure their resources, How to get the benefit … Go Classic is already assumed to be known practice.

And to think the consumer is learning to buy, household economy forces them to buy what you can and not what you want. The market also is polarizing at high speed and intermediate products to the economies no longer have target.

The point is that to get to learn the skills of the Decalogue is only possible to do this through training and experts who have international vision, are in continuous training in the events of the market economy and also teaching skills and keep abreast of future viewing events. Do you come to mind anyone? If so contacted to help the business community of our country to develop an entrepreneurial future probabilities. Education has always progressive country is always ahead of the economy. Effective education in Spain has yet to be invented. Right? and is that a server do not know. In Spain you need to transform the business of education service for society and most of the entrepreneurs who are the only ones who can activate the employment policies. The truth.

Retail, where the crisis has transformed the value chain and now begins in the Manufacturer

Once the focus of the consumer economy in the value chain was in the consumer marketing actions motivated by product developers and manufacturers will be encouraged to buy and buy. This scheme was sold out: The consumer has learned. In the last ten years the retail market which invaded the strategic “selling points” in its huge facilities, surprised again to consumers and this filled the shopping cart to empty your wallet and VISA, which were imposed when the fresh money were the tool of temptation to spend and consume. Retail stores (retail) during all these times imitated all his competitors to keep track of potential clients, more or less, thanks to the welfare state it worked. It was always in all cases the “consumer” as the king of the market. He said what he wanted and that things would buy them available also .. And the thing was:

“[Consumer] ==> [New Product Need] ==> [Retail and Distribution] ==> [Manufacturer]” … was previously the case.

… The consumer needs generated, and the manufacturer growing wealth and creating jobs. Came the crisis and the consumer economy has fallen. The retail store sells retail or less, much less in many areas. The music genre is not sold everything, is to be returned or not meet the manufacturer’s invoice and therein lies the chaos that alters the value chain. The committees of commercial fulminate, payments do not reach the manufacturer and this replicates their suppliers suppliers. In addition, about people in factories, fired causing the destruction of jobs. These dismissed workers without standard income, buy fewer and evil … the cycle is played and toured with perverse effect fuel economy.

The value chain to boost the economy, is now behind with the manufacturer, the most vulnerable and the only impact on employment policy to create new jobs or unemployment. And it all starts when we look at the potential consumer at the time of purchase to buy what they really need, you can pay and generate more demand for the manufacturer.

If the store closes and the developer is insolvent, the debt stays there. If the chain does not sell, return the product and endorse it lapsed back to the manufacturer, and will also load freight and logistics. If the manufacturer does not comply with the invitation and does not pay for distribution, it unceremoniously closed the business opportunities and puts on his knees, a situation the purchasing managers of the chain, known exploit and tighten the nut at the rates and conditions manufacturer limits of suffocation. (One day we’ll talk about these “buyers”)

What CAN be the manufacturer? … Well, so much as necessary to prevent the tsunami of bad debt or gender returns as drowning. Analyzing the situation, the reality is that both the developer of retail and point of sale, if not paid in Spain, “it spends almost nothing.” Therefore the behavior of the management of point of sale is the key issue. A store or chain, no longer cost effective for day to day. The shopkeeper, expressions of relief, in charge of large area the first cycle of poor sales due to “rethink the business”: Change product ranges, brands, reduce stocks, lots of shopping, change the location of the business, the format of anticipate the same … all before you start not paying and enter the slope of the end for poor anticipation of future management of point of sale. Never wait for luck to change those things that only the professionalism, skills and abilities of people-professionals can do.

And, the manufacturer, do you do? … Require who manages your product at the POS, have a team formed, trained for this and know-how with a global mindset. If you know the clerks and dependents sell. Why the POS is well established. Know what to buy and select suppliers. What business leadership training have Retail Management. That is not to trust their product without a “ITV” it clears. At present the focus of value chain is the manufacturer and they should require professional who uses your product to market.

([Retail and Distribution] x [Products Effective]) x [Innovation]

Posted Speed Reporting and Fuel Cards

One of the leaders in wireless fleet tracking, Networkfleet has recently announced their new vehicle tracking device which has the ability to notify fleet managers when their vehicles are moving faster than the legal speed limit in an area. Known as Posted Speed Reporting, it allows managers to view speed violation reports online, and receive either text or email alerts when the vehicle has exceeded the speed limit. Posted Speed Reporting acts as a sort of internal speeding ticket to prevent accidents and ensure the driver’s safety, as well as reducing fuel consumption.

Along with the fuel card, sold by the gas station brand or a third party company, Posted Speed Reporting is an essential measure to insure driver behavior and watch over any non-work related fraud. The US Department of Energy states that speeding and aggressive driving can lower the highway gas mileage by as much as 33 percent and city mileage by 5 percent. Gas mileage also decreases rapidly at speeds above 60 miles per hour. Networkfleet’s online fleet management system can wirelessly monitor each vehicles performance for their exact speed, GPS location and even engine diagnostics. Thus combined with fuel cards and the Networkfleet’s management system, companies with volumes of vehicles can reduce unwanted costs by an employee’s fraudulent acts.

Guidelines for nanotechnology research results

Nano2market Project researchers have provided guidelines for technology transfer, intellectual property standards and licensing agreements in developing nanotechnology projects. The Office of International Projects at the University of Alicante (UAL) has led the European consortium.

Traditional models of technology transfer were inappropriate for nanotechnology. However, the transfer models are essential for all sectors related to R & D, allowing the market and protect the results of the investigation. Therefore, it was considered essential to carry out a research project to deal with issues relating to the transfer of nanotechnology.

Intellectual property rights (IP) are applied to different stages of product development, from basic research to commercialization. The first step therefore was to examine the value chain and intellectual property right model for the transfer of technology to twelve case studies from five sectors: electronics, energy, life sciences, materials, and water and the environment.

Secondly, Nano2market partners conducted a mapping exercise of existing technology to develop a list of areas of innovation “nano.” Models and strategies were validated by a panel of experts.

As a result, the project has created a guide to intellectual property in nanotechnology research. Includes instructions on how to develop guidelines for licensing agreements, the consortium, and comments and suggestions for managing intellectual property in nanotechnology projects. The guidelines depend on the type of application, the level of research development and the size of the organization – small research centers or large, small and medium enterprises (SMEs) and large companies.

The size of the organization is important because it affects strategies. For example, partners Nano2market found that lack of funding meant smaller organizations that use strategies that differ from the largest. Also saw investors and companies were more confident working with large institutions or companies. The youngest, however, had to wait until the technology was in an advanced stage before licensing.

An interactive toolbox

Nano2market has also designed an interactive toolbox. The toolbox includes a set of tools for companies wishing to collaborate on nanotechnology projects. It is also useful for investors and business angels, venture capitalists and entrepreneurs venture capitalists. The toolkit also offers, reports of good business practices and useful information about how to place a market development through an appropriate business plan for entrepreneurs.

Rahiman Abdullah explains, Office of International Projects of the AU, “We used to have some guidance for the protection of IP but were on nanotechnology as a whole and not areas. These guides also incorporated the business perspective that is essential for the development of this technology, especially in Europe where venture capitalists to date have only selected those more mature applications, such as nanomaterials, because they were considered safer than other emerging , as is the case of biotechnology. Now find that there is a whole range of possibilities. ”

Both the legal department, as technology transfer technical AU worked on the analysis of IP models. Although experienced in these matters, was the first time they made a thorough study on nanotechnology. Also collaborated in the development of the guide was written without much legal or scientific terminology in order to make it accessible to researchers, entrepreneurs, and investors. Instead of giving guidance on the steps, said Abdullah, opted for self-assessment because it is a different business model, riskier but also higher returns.

Economic growth does not imply the reduction of child malnutrition in India

The article, researchers led by Malavika Subramanyam and S. V. Subramanian Harvard University, collects data from national family health surveys conducted in India during 1992-93, 1998-99 and 2005-06 by the National Surveys of Family Health, which used stratified representative samples of population of all states of the India-with a total sample of 77,326 children.

“We used measurement data collected in these studies (weight for age, height relative to age and the relationship between weight and height) to classify each child nutrition within the categories of ‘underweight’, ‘delay growth ‘or’ thinning ‘, according to child growth standards defined by the World Health Organization, say the experts.

The study indicates that the prevalence of ‘underweight’ fell from 49.1% in 1992-93 to 43.8% in 1998-99 to 40.2% in 2005-06. The prevalence of ‘stunting’ also fell, however, reducing the ‘thinning’ was minimal, only 24% in 1992-93 to 22% in 2005-06. Also during the study period, India’s economy grew at an annual rate of 7% -9%.

It comes down to any level of malnutrition

From these data, the authors studied whether changes in the economic growth of the different states were associated with a reduced risk of a malnourished child in a particular state.

“We found no consistent evidence showing that economic growth leads to reduction of child malnutrition in India. Direct investment may be necessary and appropriate interventions for public health to reduce the malnutrition, “they conclude.

Spanish tourists criticize the lack of hospitality to other Mediterranean countries

“The five aspects most valued by tourists on their way to the European Mediterranean countries are leisure activities, events, routes, excursions, cultural activities, weather, and the variety of cuisine. By contrast, the least valued aspects are the quality of accommodation, the cleanliness of the place visited and the lack of hospitality or treatment from the citizens, “he explains to SINC Mercedes Jiménez García, UCA researcher and lead author of the study .
The research, published in the journal Tourism Studies, was based on interviews with tourists of Spanish nationality, aged between 15 and 64 years. It was felt by those who had visited at least two of the four Mediterranean countries to analyze the study: France, Spain, Italy and Greece, between 2002 and 2006. Of total respondents selected a representative sample of 317 individuals. It also took into account data from the questionnaire of the Spanish Inbound Tourism (FAMILITUR) “conducted by the Institute for Tourism Studies (2006).

“Many visitors cite the low level of French and Italian hospitality in comparison with the Spanish. By contrast, 90% of respondents made reference to the Spanish hotel calls it very diverse, with a wide choice and excellent value for money, “said Jiménez García.

Regarding cleanliness, the majority of comments show a lack of cleanliness in Italy and Greece, not only with reference to its streets, but also its monuments, its state of degradation and dirt.

The worst aspect valued by the respondents is the deal-entertainment of the public regarding the visitor. “Most tourists are not positively valued this option, especially when referring to Italian and French people,” said the expert.

Halting the loss of tourists

Historically, Europe has been the top tourist destination globally, according to the two main parameters used by the World Tourism Organization (UNWTO): arrivals and receipts from international tourism (tourism ratio).

Approximately 70% of international tourist arrivals to Europe are concentrated in 10 countries, and is the southern Mediterranean area which receives a greater number of arrivals and receipts. “Only four countries (Spain, France, Italy and Greece) in 2006 represented over 40% of total international arrivals to the continent and 40% of its revenues from international tourism according to the WTO in 2007,” the report said.

However, these countries have experienced a decline of tourism ratio compared to other emerging destinations and new competitors like China, Malaysia, Thailand, Turkey, Poland and Croatia.

“The projections made by WTO for 2020 do not foresee a change in this trend, although it notes that Europe will maintain its position as a predominantly tourist area in 2020 estimated a market share of 45.9% compared to the world’s total” , states the study.

“We need swift action in the European Mediterranean countries to maintain their global competitiveness. Must adapt their tourism adapting to the requirements of demand, “says Jiménez García.

Reasons for repeat

About 20% of Spanish tourists visiting argues that impels them to an area not to repeat the visit to them. However, only 0.9% are unfavorable to the replay of the visit to a European Mediterranean country did not fulfill their expectations.

Finally, 1.3% cited other reasons that encourage them not to return, among which we can mention the high prices in Italy or the lack of interest in certain parts of the south of the country.
